Introduction
Welcome to Zedfo Partner, a platform designed to empower merchants, vendors, and sellers to list, manage, and grow their business digitally. Zedfo Partner is operated by Zedfo.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zedfo Partner mobile application ("App") and all related services offered through it.
Eligibility
To use Zedfo Partner, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- Be a legitimate business owner, individual seller, or authorized representative of a business entity.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations related to selling products.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
Account Registration & User Information
3.1 Account Creation
To access the features of Zedfo Partner, you are required to create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. This may include your name, business name, contact details, address, and other relevant information.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
3.3 Data Storage & Security
All personal and business information you provide is stored safely and securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
3.4 Account Deletion
You have the right to permanently delete your account at any time through the account settings within the App. Upon deletion:
- Your personal data will be removed from our active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Any pending transactions or obligations must be resolved prior to deletion.
- Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Store Setup & Product Listings
4.1 Store Management
As a Zedfo Partner, you may create and configure your digital storefront, list products available for purchase, set and manage your store's availability hours and operational status, and update pricing, descriptions, and inventory in real time.
4.2 Permitted Product Categories

4.3 Product Verification
All products listed on Zedfo Partner are subject to review and verification by the Zedfo Product Team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any product listing that does not meet our quality and compliance standards, request additional documentation or certifications for regulated products (e.g., pharmacy items), and suspend a store if repeated policy violations are found.
4.4 Prohibited Products
You must not list or attempt to sell:
- Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods.
- Prescription-only medications without proper authorization.
- Alcohol, tobacco, weapons, or any product restricted under applicable law or platform policies.
- Products that violate intellectual property rights of any third party.
Orders & Order Management
5.1 Order Notifications
You will receive real-time notifications for new orders placed through your store. It is your responsibility to review and acknowledge incoming orders promptly, ensure timely preparation and fulfillment of orders, and keep your store's availability status updated to avoid receiving orders when unavailable.
5.2 Order Details
The App provides you with complete order details including item descriptions, quantities, customer delivery information, and payment status to facilitate smooth order processing.
5.3 Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order under the following conditions:
- The item(s) ordered are out of stock or unavailable.
- There is a legitimate operational reason preventing fulfillment.
- The cancellation is made within the permitted timeframe as defined in the App.
Frequent or unjustified cancellations may result in penalties, including store suspension. Customers are also permitted to cancel orders in accordance with Zedfo's customer-facing cancellation policy.
Payments & Earnings
6.1 Payment Setup
To receive earnings from your sales, you must set up a valid payment method within the App. Supported payment methods will be listed in the App's settings and may be updated from time to time.
6.2 Earnings & Payouts
Earnings are calculated based on completed and verified orders after applicable platform fees or commissions are deducted. Payouts are processed on a schedule defined within the App and subject to the minimum payout threshold. We reserve the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or pending investigations.
6.3 Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes on your sales. Zedfo does not provide tax advice and shall not be liable for any tax obligations arising from your use of the platform.
Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 No Third-Party Sharing
We take your privacy seriously. Zedfo does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal or business information with any third-party providers for marketing or commercial purposes.
7.2 Data We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the Zedfo Partner platform, including account registration details, store and product information, transaction and order data, and device information for App functionality and security.
7.3 Data Usage
Your data is used strictly for operating and maintaining the Zedfo Partner platform, processing transactions and payments, sending relevant notifications, improving our services and user experience, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

Intellectual Property
8.1 Zedfo's Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology associated with Zedfo Partner are the exclusive property of Zedfo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8.2 Your Content
By listing products and uploading content (images, descriptions, etc.) to the App, you grant Zedfo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Compliance with Platform Policies
Zedfo Partner App is committed to full compliance with platform policies including but not limited to:
- User data privacy and consent requirements.
- In-app purchase and payment regulations.
- Content moderation and prohibited content policies.
- Age-appropriate access controls.
Any conduct that violates these platform policies also constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
As a user of Zedfo Partner, you must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or listing.
- Engage in any deceptive, manipulative, or unethical trading practices.
- Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the App's order, payment, or review systems.
- Use the platform to conduct illegal business activities.
- Interfere with or disrupt the technical operation of the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Zedfo's systems.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Zedfo or any third party.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Your account poses a risk to other users, customers, or the integrity of the platform.
- We are required to do so by law or a court order.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
12.1 Service Availability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
12.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zedfo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
12.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zedfo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your product listings, or your breach of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do:
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
- We will notify you through the App or via the email address associated with your account.
- Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Zedfo operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
